Excellent service. They took the time to help me find what I needed and also advised me what kind of claps and strings to use for my projects. Also gave me a discount on my purchase. Lot of Beads to choose from. Only thing is that there’s no grading in the semi precious beads.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. If you don't know exactly what you're looking for don't come to this location because they will be demeaning. I believe it was one of the managers, but she gave me dirty looks every time I asked a question. Not to mention, I never even asked for her advice in the first place. She came up and just started being rude. Started talking about different beading terms that I knew nothing about as a beginner. Then had the nerve to say they offered classes as if I would take one from them after that. I tried to keep things friendly, but I am still very angry about this experience, and she should be fired. Judging by the other "good reviews" She has done this to others. They just did not say anything.
