All prices shown on the website are in CDN dollars.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal online. Our retail store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Interac and of course cash.

Buyer Cards

You will not receive buyer card stamps for online purchases. Likewise Buyer Cards can not be used to pay for online purchases.


We will ship your domestic order via Canada Post. Orders received before noon Calgary time will normally be shipped the same day (or the first business day in the event of Sunday and holidays). All domestic orders will be fully insured and trackable.

USA orders will be shipped via Canada Post/ USPS. These orders are non trackable.

Shipping on domestic orders will be charged as follows:

Regional (BC, AB, SK, MB)

  • less than $50 order –  $14.95
  • $50 to $99.99         – $10.95
  • $100 and up            –    Free


  • less than $100 order – $18.50
  • $100 and up – Free

Order values shown are before tax and shipping costs.

USA orders will be charged $19.95 flat rate and international orders will be charged $29.95

Out of Stock Items

There may be occasions when we are out if stock of the item you ordered. If this occurs we will attempt to contact you prior to shipment to determine your wishes. If you would still like the order shipped, we will reduce the charge to your credit card for the difference.


Any problems with your order (broken or damaged item, short shipment, or miss shipment) must be communicated to us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment by either email or phone.

Cut items such as chain and cord, Special Ordered items, Tools and books are not eligible for return or exchange. Items that have been altered are not eligible for return.

Should you wish to return purchased goods they must be received by us within 30 days of original purchase. Goods must be returned in resalable condition. The return shipping is to be paid by the customer and the goods are shipped at customers risk.

Returns will also be accepted at our retail stores as long as they are accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Payment for the returned goods will be in the form of the original purchase.


We ask that all class supplies be purchased from our stores.   Our class fees have been kept ‘reasonable’ because we expect you to purchase supplies from our store.  Our classes do not include supplies unless it is specifically indicated in class description.

Want to create your own class date?  Not a problem!  Just talk to us about either a private tutorial at $25.00/hour or $35.00/one and one half hours (most two hour classes can be condensed to a one hour time slot because you work faster one-on-one).  A class date can also be arranged for you and two or more of your friends at a time more convenient for your schedules.

Kids ages 12 and older are welcome to register for any class while kids ages 10 and up are welcome in some classes provided an adult registers with them.

Sorry, we do not offer classes for kids younger than 10.  Instead, our sales associates can help you find an age appropriate bead kit from our selection.

Class space is reserved by prepayment of class fee.  Space is generally limited to six students and is available on a first come first served basis.

Should you need to cancel and can give us more than 48 hours notice, we will refund your prepaid fee.

In the event of a class cancellation we can apply your class fee to an alternate class or a full refund of prepaid fees is available.
